But how to recognize this information in a text? There are some tips we can use. For example, when we read a text that talks about something that really happened, we are probably reading a fact. When we read a text that expresses someone's opinion, we can recognize it by the words that indicate feelings, such as joy, sadness, anger, etc.

Now, you must be wondering, 'But what is all this for?' Well, understanding the information in the text is fundamental for our communication. When we understand a text well, we can speak and write better, as well as form our own opinions about what we read. Activity Title: 'Information Treasure Hunt'

Project Objectives:

1. Identify and differentiate the types of information in a text (facts, opinions, characters, locations, events, etc.).

Detailed Project Description:

In this project, you will form a group of 3 to 5 students and become true 'Information Treasure Hunters.' Each group will receive a fairy tale to read and analyze. The goal is to identify and list the different information present in the tale, such as facts, opinions, characters, locations, events, among others.

You will also create a visual 'Treasure Map,' where you will represent this information in a creative way. In the end, each group will present to the class the tale they analyzed, sharing their 'Treasure Map' and explaining the information found in the text.

Required Materials:

1. Books with fairy tales (can be a collection of books or online research).
2. A4 paper or cardboard to make the 'Treasure Map.'
3. Colored pencils, markers, crayons, etc. to color and decorate the map.
4. Glue, blunt scissors, and tape.

Detailed Step-by-Step:

1. Group Formation: Students should organize themselves into groups of 3 to 5 members. Each group receives a fairy tale to read and analyze.

2. Group Reading: Students should read the tale in a group, paying attention to the information present in the text.

3. Identification of Information: After reading, students should discuss and identify the different information present in the tale (facts, opinions, characters, locations, events, etc.). They should write down this information on a piece of paper.

4. Creating the Treasure Map: Now it's time to turn this information into a visual 'Treasure Map.' Students should take an A4 paper or cardboard and, with the help of the notes, draw the map. Each piece of information should be represented creatively on the map. For example, a character can be represented by a drawing, a fact can be represented by a scene from the tale, etc. The map should be colored and decorated.
