Project Objective

The objective of this project is for students to understand the functioning of the Municipal Public Power, the importance of its actions for the municipality and how they impact the lives of citizens. In addition, students are expected to develop teamwork, communication, time management and problem-solving skills.

Project Description

Students, divided into groups of 3 to 5, will conduct a research on an action of the Municipal Public Power in their neighborhood or municipality. The objective is for them to understand the decision-making process, the steps and actors involved, and the impacts of this action on the community. In the end, each group will present their findings to the class, encouraging the socialization of acquired knowledge.

• Paper, pencils and colored pens

Step by Step

Step 1: Understanding the Municipal Public Power
