On the other hand, Immaterial Heritage is a bit more complex to define, as it refers to practices, representations, expressions, knowledge, and techniques that are passed down from generation to generation and are recognized as an integral part of the cultural heritage of a group or community. It can include, for example, popular festivals, dances, music, crafts, oral traditions, food production techniques, among others.

Students, divided into groups of 3 to 5 people, will become 'heritage explorers' and should research, present, and create an inventory of a chosen material heritage and an immaterial heritage. They should then present their findings in an exhibition at school.
