Project Objective

This project aims to provide students with the opportunity to understand the complexity of extraction in a playful and interactive way. They will create a board game that simulates the management of natural resources in different geographical and climatic scenarios.

Detailed Project Description

  1. Research Phase: Students should research the main forms of extraction (vegetable, mineral, and animal), as well as identify the environmental and social consequences of each. They will also need to identify different geographical and climatic scenarios that affect the availability of natural resources. This will allow students to understand the complexity of natural resource management and the implications of various forms of extraction.

  2. Game Planning Phase: In this phase, students will design the board game. The game should simulate resource management in different geographical and climatic scenarios. Students must develop rules that reflect the complexities of extraction and promote sustainable management of natural resources.

  3. Game Construction Phase: In this phase, students must build the board game. They can use recycled materials for its construction, promoting environmental awareness.
