The combination of these technical skills, on the other hand, refers to the ability to employ these skills strategically and flexibly, adapting to the competition context and reacting appropriately.

Students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5, and each group will be tasked with exploring a specific technical-combinatory sport of their choice (gymnastics, dance, figure skating, sport climbing, etc.).

The groups will spend the initial hours familiarizing themselves with the rules and techniques of the chosen sport. They should research the fundamentals, strategies, and techniques required to practice the sport. They will also research the physical and mental benefits of the sport, as well as its socio-emotional impact.

At the end of the project, each group must deliver:
