Contextualization

It is not considered a separate letter of the alphabet, but rather a modification of the letter "c". It is interesting to consider that not all Latin languages have the "c-cedilla" in their alphabet, such as Spanish and Italian, for example.
The correct way to use the "c-cedilla" is before the vowels "a", "o", and "u". However, many Portuguese students confuse these rules, writing words like "cabeça" and "almoço" incorrectly. For this reason, it is extremely important that we learn to use the "c-cedilla" correctly.

This topic, however simple it may seem, is of utmost importance in communication and in mastering the Portuguese language, being fundamental for the understanding and production of texts.

Thus, although it may seem like a small subtlety of Portuguese, the "c-cedilla" plays a huge role in communication and effective writing. That is why it is so important to master the use of this graphic symbol and understand the rules that determine its use.

Objective
The objective of this project is to delve into the conscious use of the "c-cedilla" (ç), observing its use in verb forms, derived words, and other situations of Portuguese usage. In addition, a link will be made with the History discipline, exploring the origin and evolution of the "c-cedilla" in the Portuguese language.
Project Description
Students will be divided into groups of 3 to 5 members. Each group must go on a "Hunting the C-Cedilla", where each use of the "c-cedilla" represents a challenge to be overcome. They should research, discuss, collaborate, and present their findings.
