Project Objective
The objective of this project is to provide students with a practical and collaborative learning experience on the subject 'Polynomials and Factoring.' Additionally, the goal is to integrate mathematics with another discipline, specifically Language and Communication, as students will need to present their solutions and findings in an oral presentation and a written report.
Detailed Project Description
To make learning fun and engaging, students will participate in a board game created especially for this project. The game will be a combination of theoretical questions and practical problems related to polynomial factoring.
Students will be divided into groups of 3-5, and each group will receive a game board, a set of question/problem cards, and a set of pawns. The board will symbolize the path of polynomial factoring, with each square representing a step or a factoring property.
The purpose of the game is for each group to advance on the board by solving the questions/problems on the cards. Throughout the game, they will strengthen their understanding of polynomial and factoring topics, as well as develop collaborative and problem-solving skills.
