Measuring Volume
Volume is a measure of how large an object is in three dimensions - length, width, and height. We can understand volume as the space an object occupies. In Mathematics, the standard unit of volume is the cubic meter (m³), but there are other volume units derived from the cubic meter, such as the cubic decimeter (dm³) and the cubic centimeter (cm³).

In Mathematics, as in many other disciplines, the unit of measurement used depends on the size of the object we are measuring.
