The Guided Meditation activity is a practice that helps students focus on the present moment, promoting relaxation and mental clarity. This activity consists of guiding students to close their eyes, breathe deeply, and follow the teacher's instructions to visualize a calm and peaceful setting. Guided meditation can help reduce anxiety and improve concentration, preparing students for math class.

1. Ask students to sit comfortably and close their eyes.

2. Guide students to breathe deeply through their nose and exhale through their mouth, repeating this cycle three times.

3. After the initial breaths, ask students to imagine a calm and peaceful place, such as a beach or a flower field.

4. Describe the setting in detail, encouraging students to visualize the colors, listen to the sounds, and feel the textures of that place.

5. Continue guiding the meditation for approximately 5 minutes, encouraging students to stay focused on the imaginary setting.

6. Finally, ask students to slowly open their eyes and take a deep breath once more, returning their attention to the classroom.
